What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If no one is home, they will leave the parcel with your condo guardhouse or in a safe location you have specified. You can also add delivery instructions at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, but please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. Call or WhatsApp us at +65 6123 4567.
How do I pause or skip a Subscribe & Save delivery?
Log into your account and head to the Subscribe & Save dashboard. You can pause, skip, or bring forward any upcoming delivery with zero penalties. Visit the Subscribe & Save page for full details.
Is there a rush delivery option?
We offer Express Same-Day delivery for $12.90 on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday. Availability depends on your zone and daily courier capacity.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Absolutely. Just forward your order confirmation to the person collecting. They will need to show the order number at the counter.
Do you deliver to condos with guardhouses?
Yes — we deliver to condos, HDBs, landed properties, and offices across Singapore. If your building has a guardhouse, please include the unit or lobby details so our courier can clear security smoothly.
